Esosa Ighodaro, Lauren Washington, and Regina Gwynn were always the only women of color in the room. So they decided to come together and create a platform for Black women tech founders to support and encourage each other to build the next billion-dollar business. Black Women Talk Tech was funded in 2017. Three years later, they have over five hundred founders and ten different national and international chapters.
