Despite its negative connotation, technology has had a tremendously positive impact on the world today. In this article, concrete examples of the different areas of life that technology has bettered are provided to help support its claim that: computer programming helps society. Not only has computer programming facilitated people’s access to information and tools that were hard to acquire in the past, but it has also helped further its reach in education across the world. With new online programs being offered to people around the world, computer programming has helped provide education for people who have never had access to it.
