In today’ modern society, the role of technology has played a vital role in our day-to-day tasks. Technology is all around us – from our mobile devices, to how we communicate with each other, to how we complete our work duties. Understandably, one may assume that all the benefits are there; that technology is absent of any shortcomings, but is it?
The gender disparity amongst companies has undoubtedly made its mark amongst our community. Fortunately, today more than ever – many executives have realized the importance of diversity and have already awakened the need for a more diversity work environment. In fact, it is said that more female representation is indeed linked to better business performance.
